This relaxing excursion takes you down the River Shannon to the tranquil Meelick Weir, passing lush countryside, rolling riverbanks, and rich wildlife along the way.

Passengers can choose to disembark for a peaceful 20-minute walk along the weir to Victoria Lock, where you’ll see the lock in action before rejoining the boat. With a fully licensed bar onboard and breathtaking scenery at every turn, it’s a perfect way to experience the heart of Ireland.
The boat departs from Banagher and sails southwards to Meelick Quay , here you have the opportunity to disembark and enjoy a short walk over the weir to Victoria Lock where you will emabark the boat again . If you decide not do participate in the walk , there is no problem remaining on the boat.
